Every time we work with them, they've been excellent. They helped us solve an issue with our water heater where some gasket or some thing had broken down and was getting into the hot water.

they were quick to diagnose and quick to fix.

FYI since they are so good at what they do and I sometimes have trouble getting an appointment if it's urgent, so might be best to have a back up in mind

I had sent Legacy Plumbing asking for a quote on a job at our house...when I explained what I needed done over the phone the lady I spoke with was able to talk to their master plumber & explained to me that I do not need the job done.  Legacy plumbing could have taken the job but this is principled company only do necessary job. Legacy Plumbing will be my go to plumbing company...my #1 priority for contractor is honestly!!! You have earned a customer as long as we own our house in this area.  Thank you!!!

Used all CDC safety precautions and helped us identify and resolve our leak the same day. They also referred us to a water damage specialist to prevent mold and further damage caused by our leak.

On Sunday our toilet started to back up and simultaneously our shower drain as well.

I was able to call O'Bryan on Monday later morning and they had next day availability and said they would let me know if something became available later that day (which didn't happen but good to know they offered and tried to accommodate)

Reece and his partner arrived ahead of our scheduled time (with notice provided) and diligently and respectfully listened and investigated the situation. They thoroughly looked around the house for the least invasive entry points and started to work. After a few tries they were able to diagnose and remove the blockage on our line! Everything was looking great and I thought we were near the end but during the last round of checks the toilet started to overflow again.

So Reece and his partner went back to work; and started inspecting the toilet, reran their auger, even took the toilet apart to check the seal, and discovered a small tag had somehow choked off the toilet during the initial checks!

After about two hours of work they were able to fix everything and left our place in pristine order. If Reece is an indication of O'Bryan's character I'd hire them over and over.

I recommend Blake, he is fast, nice and very knowledgeable. Great experience. I will be returning for my future ac/heating needs.

I had an issue with a hot water heater on a Friday night and Matt called me back right away.  He walked me through a few steps to take/troubleshooting and really helped me out.  I would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue.  Very helpful!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. We called them to come work on 3 repairs. The first 2 were very simple yet we were charged $168. The major repair was to unclog our shower drain that was not draining. The plumber was unable to drain it because the handyman who redid our bathrooms 4 years ago washed grout down the drain which overtime formed into cement. Therefore it needed to be addressed from the outside by digging under the house to replace the p trap. This company quoted us an outrageous amount of $7800!!! We had 3 other companies give us estimates which came out to $3800, $4600 and finally $2650. Obviously we hired the cheapest one and the job was done perfectly! Clearly pure plumbing is money hungry, so beware!

We had a water pipe freeze and burst during the winter storm that impacted Texas. Schrader Plumbing came right out to assess the damage. They located the ruptured pipe, which was high in our kitchen wall. Once we demo'd the cabinets and counter in order to open that section of wall and expose the pipe, they came right back out and immediately replaced the entire section of pipe. They conducted a test to ensure no other leaks were present. Thanks to their responsiveness, we were able to restore water service to our home. They also wore masks, for covid protocol, and boot coverings. They were professional, responsive and efficient. This was the third or fourth time we have used Schrader.

This company I believe has the ability to do good work.  Its a shame that they don't bother delivering the quality that they are capable of.  After consulting with the company for several months while waiting on insurance I had a lot of confidence in this company.  When it came time to do the work it seemed pretty obvious to me that they had and A Team and a B Team and the A Team went to a bigger job and they sent the B Team to do my job.  It took them 4 days to do a 2 day project and then they did not even finish.  One day they left without a word and never came back.  They did not even leave an invoice for the work they did do.  They didn't bother to fill in the holes in the ground.  They didn't bother to close up the hole that they made in the side of my house.  They made the clean out too tall so that the lawn mower hits it.  They didn't bother to return calls.  Fortunately I had not paid in advance.  Six months after leaving without notice they called me wanting to know why I had not paid for an invoice I never received.  I deducted what I paid others to finish the job and I paid them.  They never did give me any explanation for why they left and never came back.

Staggs' plumbing customer service is terrible! They kept up charging me while the install was taking place. It started at $4,700.00 and ended at $5300.00. I told 2 different office employees I was driving halfway across the country to my new home and asked if it would be a problem if I paid them when I arrived. They both said, That's  fine, and highly suggested I use their financing. I told them I could pay cash, debit, or credit card, but they were very persistent in using the finance vendor. So I did, and again said I wouldn't be able to sign up for it for 4 days because of traveling. They said, That's fine again. They did the work and called and texted me 3 to 5 times a day for 6 days straight! Two of the days were weekend days, and the finance company wasn't open. Everytime they called, they got meaner and nastier on the phone. I paid my bill the following Monday, like I promised in the first place. I don't like being treated like a criminal, especially when it was their idea to go with their financing. The work was done shoddy, and they had to come out on Sunday and fix the new leaking water heater again. I also had mentioned a small drip leak on my washing machine, but they wouldn't fix it until I paid the bill. Go anywhere else and get better service for your money.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Professor Plumb!  Impeccable service from the initial phone call to the final repair.  

When I first inquired about service, I spoke with Amber.  She advised that I would receive a call approximately 30-35 minutes prior to my appointment.  This was really beneficial, as it allowed me to provide flexibility with my work schedule.  

My initial appointment was awesome.  The plumber (Blue) arrived on time and was very knowledgable.  He was personable, wanted to help, and truly cared about helping others.  He provided an estimate at no charge, recommended name brands to consider, and wanted to schedule with me before leaving to make sure my issue was resolved prior to Thanksgiving.

Blue arrived again today on time.  He made the repair, fielded additional questions, and even addressed a separate issue.  Blue is a great individual.  I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

Great experience! They arrived on time and kept me informed when they were on their way. Also, efficient and reasonably priced as well as clean. I would recommend and use them again.

Dean's plumbing responded quickly to my inquiry and were happy to work around my schedule. Billy S. Came out to do my estimate, but he was able to fix the issue while he was here rather then scheduling another time to come fix it. He did a great job, and he was so friendly! If all of the associates that work for Dean's plumbing are as good as Billy, you're definitely in good hands!

These men were great. The found my leak and fixed it. They had to cut tile and I asked them if they could save it and they said they'd try. They told me that if I'd get tile just in case, they wouldn't charge me for having to go look for it and get it. So $10 tile would've cost me $50. I found my own, but they didn't need it because they were able to save my tile. However they charged $50 for the pipes they had to get, which I'm sure were no more than $10 to $20 for all of it. So to get my pipe fixed was over $400. Plumbing seems a little pricey, but I think they were the cheapest I found. They were nice.

Had a minor leak between the water meter and house. Called in AM and Debra, who was very nice and personable, set me up with an appointment within two hrs. JJ called me in about an hr and requested he take care of an emergency broken pipe for another customer first. No problem,  extra stars for the call and for taking care of someone's emergency ASAP.  (Tells me they would do the same for me.) JJ called back an hr before he would arrive in the afternoon and was on time.  Found my problem and advised me on the options to fix the leak.  He repaired my issue with efficiency, quality parts and at a reasonable cost.

I would recommend Absolute to anyone needing plumbing work done. Good work and nice people.

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! Black Tie was the 3rd plumbing contractor dispatched by my home warranty company to unclog the blockage - so is there truth to the old timers saying of  the 3rd time is a charm??  Well, I reckon so!!
